Our work focuses on youth empowerment, employment, community intervention, health and gender equality, Roma culture and historical memory, working directly with Roma communities, grassroots organisations, public authorities, universities, civil society organisations and European networks. FAGiC has extensive experience in European cooperation, advocacy, exchange of good practices and transnational networking. We are looking for reliable and committed partners to develop European projects based on human rights, meaningful Roma participation and a strong community-based approach. We are particularly interested in long-term partnerships in the fields of Roma inclusion, youth, equality and non-discrimination, employment, health, culture and historical memory.

Per Esempio is a non-profit association (Ente del Terzo Settore) founded in 2011 in the heart of Palermo, in the Ballarò area of the Albergheria district (Sicily, Italy). Its team is composed of 51 professionals — project managers, financial staff, psychologists, youth workers and trainers — supported by around 10 volunteers and a wide network of collaborating educators and social workers. Its mission is to build inclusive and equitable communities locally and internationally. The organisation reinforces social cohesion and activates constructive, empowering, innovative and sustainable community-development processes through the active participation of young people, adults, people with a migration background, minorities, LGBTQIA+ communities and civil-society organisations. NGO Spolek ActiTmel.cz is an association for youth established by motivated and well-experienced young people coming from a cooperating NGO Tmelník z.s. which is active in European youth work since 2011. Our main aim is development of competences of youngsters and young people through intercultural learning in non-formal education activities, with the emphasis on youth participation and inclusion. We are a platform for young people in the age of 15 – 25 years with a clear focus on providing educational mobility opportunities mainly for youth in the age of 16 – 21 years, equally the talented ones as well as disadvantaged youth with fewer opportunities (NEETs, orphans, Roma) on specific projects.
