  3. The most important area is the education of the new generation and the improvement of the social status of disadvantaged groups. In the work, the team applies research methods, mainly qualitative, through which it obtains relevant data as supporting tools in public discourse. Objectives of the Roma advocacy and research are: to develop activities which promote inclusive society; to promote tolerance, diversity, and equal chances in the society; to bring facts about Roma and prevent prejudices and stereotypes; to give a voice to all groups, especially young Roma; to help Roma communities to develop their own competences and abilities to solve problems; to develop professional, social, cultural, economic activities and civic commitment. Our activities are focused on influencing the community development of the Roma minority through an inclusive approach. This approach is based on mutual active cooperation between the minority and the majority population.

Our association carries out activities to integrate the society within the framework of solidarity against the development of economically, socially and culturally disadvantaged communities in these areas and against prejudice and discrimination against these groups. At the same time, it works to create and protect the conditions of a multicultural life on the basis of the principle of "Everyone is different and everyone is equal".     NGO Spolek ActiTmel.cz is an association for youth established by motivated and well-experienced young people coming from a cooperating NGO Tmelník z.s. which is active in European youth work since 2011. Our main aim is development of competences of youngsters and young people through intercultural learning in non-formal education activities, with the emphasis on youth participation and inclusion. We are a platform for young people in the age of 15 – 25 years with a clear focus on providing educational mobility opportunities mainly for youth in the age of 16 – 21 years, equally the talented ones as well as disadvantaged youth with fewer opportunities (NEETs, orphans, Roma) on specific projects. ActiTmel.cz is open to everyone who would like to be active, gain some experience, try and learn something new, regardless of their economic, social or cultural background.

    Tmelník z.s. is a youth civic initiative formed into an NGO. Our main aim is development of competences of youngsters and young people through non-formal education, intercultural learning, youth participation and inclusion. Tmelnik is a civic platform open to everyone. We work with youth mainly in the age of 15-25 from all over the Czech Republic. We support our target group to be active, gain experience, try and learn something new, regardless of their economic, social or cultural background. Our staff works on couching and mentoring enthusiastic young people who would like to initiate and develop youth exchange or other project on various topics, and we also offer them the opportunity to become part of other youth projects and activities. We have implemented several projects under YiA and E+ as well as projects financed by other nationals units.
