Looking for partners

We are looking to connect with experienced and complementary organisations interested in forming strong consortia for EU-funded projects across different programmes and thematic areas. Our main interest is in joining or co-developing project proposals where Vojvodina ICT Cluster can contribute its expertise in digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, SME support, skills development and reskilling, stakeholder engagement, communication and dissemination, and cooperation between industry, academia and the public sector. We are particularly interested in opportunities under programmes such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg and other European and regional funding schemes. Depending on the project, we can contribute as a consortium partner, work package or task leader, and in selected cases as a project coordinator. We are also looking for long-term cooperation with universities, research organisations, clusters, innovation hubs, business support organisations, public authorities, NGOs and companies with complementary expertise. Our objective is not only to participate in individual calls, but to build reliable partnerships that can generate and develop new project ideas over time.

About the organisation

Vojvodina ICT Cluster (VOICT) is a non-profit business association based in Novi Sad, Serbia, established in 2010. We bring together ICT companies, universities, research and innovation organisations, public institutions and other stakeholders to support the development and competitiveness of the digital economy and strengthen cooperation between industry, academia and the public sector.

Our activities focus on innovation and digital transformation, skills development and reskilling, SME support, networking, policy dialogue and international cooperation. VOICT has extensive experience in EU-funded and international projects, including Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, Interreg and other programmes, with roles in project management, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, communication and dissemination, ecosystem development and exploitation of project results. We also have substantial experience in designing and delivering training programmes, organising events, building stakeholder communities and connecting companies with research, education and public-sector actors.

Activities and experience

VOICT’s activities are organised around four main pillars: training and education, networking, participation in national and international projects, and policy dialogue and advocacy for the ICT sector. Through its Cluster Academy, VOICT develops and delivers courses, lectures and capacity-building programmes responding to the needs of companies and other stakeholders, while its networking activities connect ICT companies with universities, research organisations, public authorities, business support organisations and other innovation actors.

Our Project Office has more than a decade of experience in EU-funded and international cooperation projects, including Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, FP7, Interreg, TEMPUS and other programmes. Our experience covers digital transformation of SMEs, technology transfer and research commercialisation, innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship and open innovation, cybersecurity, blockchain, agrifood technologies, responsible research and innovation, Smart Specialisation and skills development. The portfolio represented in our Project Office overview comprises projects with a combined value of almost EUR 29 million, of which approximately EUR 1.69 million has been allocated to VOICT.

VOICT regularly takes responsibility for substantial project activities and work packages. Our experience includes leading dissemination, communication and exploitation activities in Horizon projects, stakeholder engagement and community building, organisation of international conferences and technology-transfer events, mapping of ICT ecosystems, support to SMEs and innovators, development and management of open innovation environments, and cooperation between research and industry. For example, VOICT leads Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation work packages in the Horizon Europe EINSTEIN project, led communication and stakeholder engagement in the H2020 PUZZLE project, and participates in current Interreg projects focused on SME digitalisation, technology transfer and valorisation of research results.

This combination of direct access to the ICT business community, project-management experience, training capacity, stakeholder networks and experience in bridging industry, research and public-sector actors enables VOICT to contribute both to the design of new initiatives and to their practical implementation, communication, uptake and long-term sustainability.
