Association Volunteering for All was officially registered in 2012 by youth workers, teachers, social workers, Roma activist and volunteers that together has the primary aim is to improve the economic, educational and social situation of the citizens for this your first activity was an informational campaign in all the high schools and the university of Resita regarding the importance of the voluntary work. During this activity join together more volunteer and open an informational and research centre regarding volunteering stages national and international that is available also online. At this moment with this centre we send few volunteers in events at national and international level in special Youth in Action events, but we also want that this centre to send volunteers in EVS projects and also to received volunteers that can help as to develop together more activities useful for the community. We want to have continuity on the stages of the EVS volunteers beginning with the end of this year or the beginning of the next year. Also we consider that our own volunteers and the EVS volunteers will understand more about the European and intercultural dimension in informal way just by spending time together. For the community also it will be something different because youth with initiatives from others countries will try to help them by making together with us activities to empowerment the living standards of the community.

The NGO has experience in informational campaigns, working with roma youngsters, organizing cultural and intercultural projects, festivals and always with the open door for the volunteers willing to make a change in Resita City and the villages next to it. The EU Volunteers youth initiative had a big impact among the youngsters from Caras-Severin county, the objectives were to increase the spirit of volunteering at local, regional, national and international level, promoting the EVS and its benefits. Active citizens, volunteers in my village – a youth exchange with the purpose of developing the civic sense of 45 youngsters from 5 countries, also to develop the volunteering spirit of youngsters from rural areas, in order to raise their voice and make themselves heard by the local authorities, the decision makers from their communities. Rural Business+, 2018-2-RO01-KA105-049877 – youth exchange involving 8 countries on the concept of entrepreneurship, start up, selling, promoting and sustaining a rural business in order to secure a future and at the same time, to help community in witch they live by offering tailored goods and services it needs. Recycle for a better world, 2019-1-RO01-KA105-062709 – youth exchange involving 6 countries, sharing knowledge about the subject, about non-formal activities, about European policies on recycling and recycling the creativity of young people. Know your identity through art ROMA-RT, 2019-1-RO01-KA105-062926 – youth exchange involving 5 countries, develop knowledge for Roma and non-Roma youngsters about the history and culture of Roma youngsters to discover their own culture, values and personal identity. Your Voice Matters, 2019-2-RO01-KA105-064291 – youth exchange involving 6 countries, provided a more complex picture about how democracy(should) work in daily life, what it means to be active citizen, and how the young people can become a conscious, active part in their society. Our role was as coordinator. We Are All in This Together 2021-2-RO01-KA152-YOU-000040365 – a youth exchange involving 40 young people from 4 countries (Romania, Italy, Spain, and North Macedonia). The project aimed to raise awareness and combat gender-based violence by providing knowledge on the phenomenon and human rights. During 9 working days, participants engaged in non-formal methods such as creative drama techniques, simulation games, team-building activities, workshops (dance, music), interactions with local people, intercultural nights, cultural activities, and reflective sessions. The association’s role was as coordinator. Clean the Planet, Now! 2022-1-RO01-KA152-YOU-000071635 – a youth exchange raising awareness on environmental issues and climate change, motivating young people from disadvantaged communities to take responsibility for protecting the planet. Participants improved their knowledge of sustainability, developed language and intercultural skills, and became more active, responsible citizens through non-formal education methods. Be Active in Your Community! 2023-1-RO01-KA152-YOU-000149317– a youth exchange involving 63 participants from 6 countries (Spain, Romania, T3urkiye, Serbia, North Macedonia, Poland, and Italy). The project aimed to encourage active participation in community life, strengthen solidarity among young people, and promote volunteering as a tool for positive social change. Activities were based on non-formal education methods such as teamwork, debates, intercultural workshops, and community engagement initiatives. VOTE for YOU(th) 2023-3-RO01-KA152-YOU-000170541 – a youth exchange hosted at Marabu Camp in the village of Micoveni, involving 32 participants and 4 group leaders from Romania, North Macedonia, Azerbaijan, and Hungary. Over the course of 8 days, the project aimed to empower young people to actively engage in political decision-making processes at local, national, and international levels. The sessions were based on non-formal education methods, including Oxford debates, simulation games, role-playing, team-building activities, reflection groups, creative presentations, language caf3es, meetings with experts, research, campaigns, and thematic exercises. Tolerance and Respect:We Build Inclusive Communities 2024-3-RO01-KA152-YOU-000267616 – a youth exchange involving 32 participants and 4 group leaders from Romania, Poland, Georgia, and Turkey. The project aimed to directly address the issues of discrimination and bullying faced by young people, while promoting values such as tolerance, respect, and social inclusion.
