About the organisation
ROTA Association for Strategy Education and Research is a non-governmental organization established in 2026, based in Türkiye. Founded to empower young people and advance civil society through strategic education, research, and non-formal learning methodologies, ROTA operates as a democratic youth association. Our organization works closely with university students, young workers, local authorities, and international networks to design high-impact educational programs, advocacy projects, and community initiatives.
Activities and experience
ROTA aims to conduct research-driven projects, capacity-building workshops, and community outreach programs focusing on youth participation, strategic leadership, digital skills, and social inclusion. Our planned activities include organizing non-formal education trainings for youth workers, designing civic participation frameworks, conducting field volunteering projects in disadvantaged areas, and developing international partnership networks. Through these initiatives, we aim to reach young people and foster active citizenship alongside strategic thinking.
