About the organisation

KobiGift Grant and Project Consultancy is a consultancy company established in Türkiye in 2022. The organisation provides professional consultancy services to entrepreneurs, SMEs and organisations that aim to strengthen their organisational structure, improve decision-making processes and support sustainable growth.

KobiGift works across a wide range of consultancy areas, including strategic, financial, operational and managerial support. Its work often starts with analysing the current situation of an organisation, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks, and supporting the development of medium- and long-term strategies aligned with the organisation’s vision and objectives. Based on this analysis, practical roadmaps are developed to support realistic and achievable growth.

Financial consultancy focuses on strengthening financial sustainability. This includes income and cost analysis, cash flow management, budgeting processes, investment and financing planning, as well as guidance on the effective use of public incentives and support mechanisms. In addition, KobiGift provides support in marketing and operational areas, such as market positioning, process efficiency and resource use.

The organisation also offers consultancy in business processes and project management. This includes process mapping, definition of performance indicators, project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting, with the aim of making organisational processes more effective and measurable.

In parallel, KobiGift carries out research-oriented and applied work informed by social and human sciences. These activities focus on understanding organisational, social and economic dynamics and transforming research findings into practical models, tools and approaches that can be applied in real contexts, particularly in areas related to social impact and sustainable development.

Activities and experience

KobiGift Grant and Project Consultancy works in the field of grant-supported initiatives, with a focus on European Union programmes such as Erasmus+. The organisation provides consultancy support to organisations that are preparing for or working on Erasmus+ projects. This support is mainly related to project structure, programme rules and practical implementation questions.

KobiGift has provided consultancy support to Biga Gelişim Spor Kulübü in relation to Erasmus+ projects such as I-PLAY and Equal Play. These projects use sport as a way to support participation, cooperation and interaction among different groups.

In this context, KobiGift takes part through advisory work and structured discussions. This may include contributing to the shaping of project ideas, reflecting on planned activities and offering input on how participation and engagement can be approached in a more inclusive way, depending on the needs of the project.

The work is informed by a practical perspective that draws on social and human sciences. Attention is given to how people take part in activities, how groups interact and how project processes are experienced by participants. This perspective is particularly relevant in Erasmus+ projects.
