Please briefly present your organisation.
In Aspectu is a newly established organisation (est. 2024) based in Prague, dedicated to fostering personal and professional development through informal and non-formal education. We are built on the extensive knowledge and experience of our founding members, each of whom has worked in the field of non-formal education for more than a decade. Together, we bring a strong foundation of expertise, commitment, and passion for learning and community development.
Our vision is a world where people actively participate in shaping a respectful society through responsibility to themselves and their surroundings. We believe that sustainable change begins with individuals who are empowered to take responsibility, develop their potential, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. In Aspectu strives to nurture such individuals and create an environment where personal growth and collective well-being are linked.
Our mission is to provide individuals, organisations, and the wider community with meaningful opportunities for growth. We achieve this by designing and delivering a diverse range of training programs—both one-day and multi-day sessions—that strengthen soft and hard skills, project management expertise, leadership capabilities, and other key competencies essential for personal development and for the effective operation of non-profit, public, and private entities.
Another part of our work lies in consulting, coaching, and mentoring. We aim to support non-profits, governmental bodies, and private organisations in developing their capacities and implementing sustainable practices. Our approach is closely
aligned with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, helping organisations adopt responsible strategies in environmental sustainability, social responsibility, transparency, and ethical employee development. By doing so, we empower organisations not only to improve their internal operations but also to increase their positive impact on society.
We are committed to promoting informal learning and non-formal education as powerful tools for enriching lives and creating impactful learning experiences. We advocate for their recognition and raise awareness of their benefits, which include the strengthening of life skills, the provision of educational leisure opportunities, and the creation of collaborative platforms across educational, private, and non-profit sectors.
Beyond training, In Aspectu is a community builder. We organise initiatives such as festivals, charitable events, cultural activities, and public lectures, offering platforms for dialogue, learning, and engagement. These initiatives strengthen social cohesion and create opportunities for people to connect, share knowledge, and contribute to a thriving community. Our activities are carried out regionally, nationally and internationally, expanding our reach and fostering intercultural cooperation.
To summarise, our organisation engages in a broad scope of activities with the common goal of personal and community development:
Promoting healthy lifestyles: We actively support individuals practising healthy living, encouraging activities that contribute to personal growth and well-being.
Comprehensive training programs: We organise various training sessions aimed at both youth and adults, focusing on enhancing soft skills, hard skills, and life skills.
Training youth workers: We provide targeted training for youth workers that focuses on informal education techniques, leadership skills, group dynamics, critical thinking, and reflective practices in learning.
Capacity building for nonprofits: We offer specialised training programs for non-profit and governmental organisations, providing essential skills in leadership, project proposal writing, and project management.
ESG training and consultation: Our consulting services and training sessions support non-profit, private and public sector stakeholders with the ESG concept, helping them implement sustainable and socially responsible practices.
Event planning and assessment: We are planning, executing, and evaluating various educational and cultural events that contribute to community growth.
Networking and collaboration: We focus on building partnerships with other stakeholders from non-profit, profit and governmental sectors.
Research and development: We are committed to advancing the field of informal and non-formal education through research and the development of new educational activities and trends.
9. Activities and experience
What are the activities and experience of your organisation in the areas it works in?
In Aspectu is a newly formed organisation engaged in a wide range of youth-oriented activities at both international and local levels. Our work includes Erasmus+ training courses and youth exchanges, leadership and personal development programmes, ecological education and cultural events. We combine international cooperation with strong community roots, empowering young people to grow personally, strengthen their competencies, and contribute to a respectful and sustainable society.
The organisation was founded by three professionals with long-term experience in youth work, non-formal education, and international volunteering. They have coordinated Erasmus+ projects, managed international teams, organised leadership
trainings and cultural events, and represented youth policy at both national and international levels. Each founder brings complementary expertise—from community-based youth leadership, project management, and coaching, to international cooperation, creative methods, and public relations.
In Aspectu was involved in several Erasmus+ initiatives that expand skills and perspectives of young people and youth workers:
Ecopedagogy in Youth Work: Pedagogy for the Earth (E+ KA1, Lithuania, Sept 2025) – a training course exploring ecological and social justice through critical ecopedagogy. Participants engage with themes such as planetary citizenship, environmental responsibility, and creative activism using methods like nature immersion, dialogue, and creative scenarios. The training fosters reflective practice and equips youth workers with tools to support ecological transformation in their communities.
Flavours of the Forest – International Youth Exchange (E+ KA1, Romania, Sept–Oct 2025) – an exchange hosted by Outward Bound Romania. The project reconnects youth with nature through foraging and the use of wild plants, teaching mindfulness and respect for the environment. A five-day expedition challenges participants to cooperate, adapt, and develop practical outdoor skills while building resilience and teamwork.
ProTOThype – Experimental Training Course for Youth Trainers (E+ KA1, France, Marseille, Sept 2025) – a training course hosted by Hors Pistes, bringing together experienced youth trainers to explore innovative and participatory approaches in youth work. The project focused on trainers’ roles as civic actors, promoting creativity, critical thinking, and active citizenship through self-directed learning, experimentation, and collective decision-making. Using playful, gamified methods and shared responsibility for the programme, ProTOThype supported the development of new methodologies and reflective practice aligned with Erasmus+ priorities such as wellbeing, sustainability, and participation.
At the same time, in Aspectu is currently involved as a partner in:
Confident Youth Worker: The Assertive Approach (E+ TC KA1, Greece, spring 2026) – a training programme strengthening assertive communication, emotional management, and boundary-setting in youth work. Assertiveness is presented as both a personal and professional skill, enhancing resilience, improving collaboration, and supporting authentic leadership.
Resilient Youth – Resilient Future: Walking with Meaning (E+ YE KA1, Lithuania, summer 2026) – an international youth exchange focused on strengthening young people’s mental wellbeing, self-belief, and resilience. The project brings together participants from different cultural backgrounds to explore mental health through shared storytelling, peer support, and embodied learning. Using nature-based and physical activities inspired by long-distance walking practices, the exchange supports emotional regulation, self-reflection, and empowerment, helping young people reconnect with their bodies, build trust, and develop tools to cope with past experiences and future challenges.
Alongside international projects, In Aspectu develops cultural and community-based initiatives that engage young people in meaningful ways:
Příbramský Huntík Zdeňka Hejkrlíka – a traditional music festival with over 30 years of history, which has offered a stage to young amateur musicians and supported cultural participation across generations. The 2025 edition celebrated its 30th anniversary with a two-day programme that combined semi-professional and local performers, encouraging intergenerational exchange and creative expression. The festival had been organised for many years by Jana Hejkrlíková as an individual, and in 2025 it was for the first time held under the name of In Aspectu. From now on, Huntík will continue to be organised by our organisation, building on its legacy and further developing its cultural and youth-focused dimension.
Community café initiatives in Příbram in cooperation with Pavilon A– a series of interactive events for young people and the wider community, including travel storytelling sessions, author readings by local writers, and a “blind café” experience to raise awareness about visual impairments. These activities create inclusive spaces for dialogue, empathy, and shared Vision in youth work.
All of our activities are guided by our vision: a world where people actively participate in shaping a respectful society through responsibility to themselves and their surroundings. We see youth work as a powerful tool for building this
future—empowering young people with the confidence, skills, and values to take responsibility for themselves, respect others, and contribute positively to their communities.
