COOSS Marche Onlus S.c.p.a.

COOSS is a non profit organisation providing social services to disadvantaged people all over the Marche Region. COOSS manages residential settings, daily centres, family-like communities, protected homes for elderly, disabled, mentally impaired, drug addicted people and minors. COOSS also provides home assistance services to elderly and disabled people, educational support at home and within the schools to problematic children, labour insertion initiatives for disadvantaged groups of users. Since 1993, COOSS has its own Research and Training Department, whose main activities consist in the participation to EU and National research projects and in the design and management of training courses to qualify, upgrade and/or specialize the operators of the social sector. COOSS belongs to a strong network of local bodies, NHS units, universities and other social and cultural associations/organizations.
