About the organisation
Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of State University of Trade and Economics
provides educational programmes in gastronomy, hospitality, tourism, catering, logisitcs, management and business. The institution has numerous awards in international gastro contests and competitions. Every year we organize an international Charity Fair “Pumpkin Gastro Fest”. Scientific research coveres topical areas: green logistics, rebranding of Ukrainian tourist regions in wartime, development of family business, challenges of tourism and reputation management.
Activities and experience
The institute contributes to the development of modern learning infrastructure and innovative educational practices. A major project achievement was the establishment of the Smart Digital Lab, equipped with modern digital and computer equipment, including 30 new laptops. The laboratory provides students and teachers with an up-to-date environment for practical training, digital learning and the development of competences required by the modern labour market.
