Asociația Strada Fericirii is a Romanian non-profit youth organisation working with children and young people, particularly young people from disadvantaged and Roma communities. The organisation promotes social inclusion, non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, volunteering, active citizenship and equal opportunities. Through community-based activities, international cooperation and youth work, Strada Fericirii creates opportunities for young people to develop their competences, participate actively in society and gain access to European mobility and learning opportunities.

Please briefly present your organisation.
Asociația Strada Fericirii is a Romanian non-profit youth organisation based in Stolniceni-Prăjescu, Iași County. The organisation works with children and young people, with a particular focus on Roma youth and young people with fewer opportunities. Its activities promote social inclusion, equal opportunities, non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, volunteering and youth participation.
The organisation has experience in community-based youth work and uses non-formal and participatory methods such as workshops, creative activities, sport, dance, theatre, intercultural activities and peer learning. Strada Fericirii also promotes international volunteering and European cooperation and is interested in developing Erasmus+ partnerships and mobility projects.
A particular strength of the organisation is its direct connection with disadvantaged communities and its experience in creating inclusive opportunities for young people who have limited access to education, mobility and international experiences.

Asociația Strada Fericirii is a youth organisation involved in activities aimed at supporting children and
young people, particularly those facing social, educational and economic disadvantages.
