About the organisation
We have been working in the framework of the Community Led Local Development programme since 2017, based on a Local Development Strategy 2017-2023 and the second LDS 2014-2029. We have to main pillars of activity: (1) a grant giving NGO supporting local organizations and institutions to implement projects from the LDS, and (2) community and institutional facilitation in order to promote participative processes and the involvement of vulnerable communities in city development.
Activities and experience
We work with 3 marginalized urban areas and with a wide range of institutional stakeholders. We organise public consultations, family visits, field trips, community actions together with the community. We represent inclusive approach to development in the institutional stakeholders' group.

The LDS is made up of 11 local interventions in marginalized urban areas with a total budget of 5,6M euros. Our job is to make sure that this financial support reaches those local institutions and NGOs that want to implement projects in the certain urban areas. Parallel to that we are responsible for getting the communities ready for the change and also monitor them and the projects.
